If you catch a leaf falling from the trees you get to make a wish.

As of late you may not be in the mood for wishful thinking. We are in the death cycle, so much is breaking down and condensing. The earth is pulling in and carrying the tides of winter on its breath. Ayurveda calls this the season of Vata, life force rich- Prana fills us with productivity but also unpredictable, erratic, subtle, dry and cool. It’s if the wind blows into us leaving us raw and exposed. The remedy is hydration, warmth, cozy connections, quiet stillness, and rituals that create a sense of stability.

According to Chinese theory, Autumn is symbolized by the element of Metal wherein Chi/ Qi condenses in the yin/yang meridian pair of the lungs & large intestine. If these meridians are blocked we may experience suppressed expressions, lamenting the past, isolated, rigid, and unable to let go. When balanced we feel connected, disciplined, valued and inspired.

Likewise, Libra leans towards love and balance, but it’s shadow sides are cunning, controlling, and conflict adverse. With it’s Venusian qualities we may be more absorbed with appearance than true value.

Kundalini yoga is the essence of truth, Sat Nam- I am truth. Which is beyond duality. It’s application aligns with Ayurvedic and Chinese theory to balance the Prana Vayus - the winds of breath and tattvas the embodiment of elements to integrate the seasonal changes.

I invite you into the deepest transformative nourishment that doesn’t fight nature but attune to it.

This week in Collective Care we will do a healing ritual to balance prana (uplifting) and apana (eliminating) by activating the lung and large intestine meridians with meditation and movement.

Be prepared to feel strong and renewed as if you could simply let go and be Carried by the Wind 🌬

**IMPORTANT - Upon purchase you’ll receive an email confirmation with a PDF that will include zoom links to join the classes live. Please DOWNLOAD AND SAVE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING. You’ll receive the email recording that day with mantras and reflection questions.
