Step into Her Secret Garden — a mythic and embodied journey and floral workshop into the heart of the Emerald Isle. Together, we’ll explore the ethos of Callieach, the ancient creatrix and winter goddess of Ireland. Her story invites us to cleanse and reshape our body — to strengthen the inner ground from which new life will one day bloom.

We begin with mythic storytelling that will be woven into an 90 minute transformative yoga practice, with hatha yoga, kundalini breathwork, tai chi, and deep relaxation.

From there, you’ll be guided on an activating journey into the heart of the Emerald Isle, connecting with the power, beauty, and wild spirit of the Callieach and her Irish landscape.

We’ll then turn to the alliance of the Flora Kingdom to craft a potion as Daughters of the Emerald Isle. Using flower essences that I gathered in my recent pilgrimage through Ireland’s holy wells, standing stones, and wild lands — we’ll commune with angelica, honeysuckle, meadowsweet, gorse, heather, St. John’s wort, loosestrife, and yarrow — to create your own personal Secret Garden Potion.

This potion will help you tend your inner garden through the deep wintering with graceful grounding, guidance, and support from the earthen allies — the flora, stones, and sacred waters.

Through the creation and death mythology of the Callieach, you’ll gain insight into your own cycles of renewal and power — taking an empowered stance in your life, relationships, and creative path.
