My sadhana isn’t a practice, it’s a ritual that brings me into a flow of generosity. I break out of the “standards” into a universal-heart-centered approach that recognizes the value of every little EFFORT as essential.
Completing a 108 pranams (prostrations) or mantra practice isn’t easy. By design it tests you, allowing for vulnerability and insecurities to arise to create breakthroughs of insight, endurance, and devotion. Beyond what it does for you, it is a sacred act of dedication for the larger infinite matrix of creation.

On this day, rise at 4:30 am to greet the Montreal sunrise at 6:40 am with 108 Prana Flow Pranams (sourced from my teacher Shiva Rea) and 108 rounds of the Gayatri mantra to offer your actions to the benefit of all.
