WITCH SCHOOL: Multigenerational Magic!
From budding witches to seasoned crones, magic lives at every age.
For generations, people have dismissed, hidden, or misunderstood women’s wisdom, intuition, and relationship with the natural world. The witch archetype offers us another story of empowerment, one of self-trust, resourcefulness, curiosity, and connection to their own personal magic.
As the seasons change, we have something to share and something to discover at every stage of our lives. Youthfulness brings fresh eyes and possibility, while elderhood offers stories of embodied wisdom. Together, we can meet at the crossroads of wonder, revitalizing ancient ways with new insight and shapeshifting as time turns. The wheel of the year, honoured cross-culturally by contemporary medicine women, follows the Sun’s almanac through the Eight Gates of the Year, known in some traditions as: Samhain, Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh, and Mabon.
The key to witchery is learning to orient to nature's cyclical power, devotionally and metaphysically. Each gate offers a different way to work with Earth's rhythms rather than society's demands, one that embraces change, trusts intuition, celebrates creativity, and remembers that the more-than-human world is alive with magic everywhere.
It’s time we reclaimed our knowing and play in the House of Spirits. We have long been segregated by age, and now it’s time to weave together what is ready to come out of the shadows to play.
Free your inner witch and join a coven of like-hearted women and maidens of all ages during the most potent and mystical time of Samhain (Halloween & Day of the Dead) to create your own spellbook with the Wheel of the Year.
