Mantra and Magic for Montreal | A Ritual for Compassionate Activism
Saturday, May 16 at 8:30-9:30 pm with Kimiko
Let's bring together our collective voices to offer a healing sound-wave to our beloved city. Amplify your frequency with meditative movement, breathwork, storytelling, and mantra to create a field of love for those in need during these challenging times. The sound of AUM/OM unifies us as one, and through sonic yoga practices we can embody compassionate activism and give from an awakened heart. Join Kimiko from School of Ritual for an Kundalini Illuminated ceremony of music and magic to bring us towards the dreamworld with kindness and sangha (community). This gentle practice is open to all, and it is recommended to have a candle and cosy blankets to sit on. If they are not available, not to worry, simply attend as you are.
This is in participation with THE BIG OM | Montreal Yoga Fundraiser for COVID-Relief > a full day of special classes from studios all across Montreal. LEARN MORE BELOW …
As a community of yoga studios in Montreal we are devastated and heartbroken by the impact that COVID-19 has had on our beautiful province.Though our studios are temporarily closed, we want to help. We want to bring our yoga students and families together to give back to our incredible city and neighbors. We believe that yoga is about taking care of our communities especially during challenging times such as these.
We believe that We Are Stronger Together.
