A Kundalini Illuminated Yoga series on the 5 elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space/ether known as the tattvas. Many scientists, yogis, sages, and mystics have realized and understood our being as a microcosm of the entire Universe. We are magical configurations of these five elements, a play of both finite matter and infinite consciousness. One of the most powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga is Bhūta śuddhi, cleansing and purifying the elements in the body. Through this series we will explore the chemistry of the five elements in nature and within the body via our energetic centers, emotions, perceptions, sensory, and knowing. Cultivating, honouring, and tending to these elemental frequencies enhances one’s capacity to hold higher vibrations of power and optimal health. Each week we’ll progressively learn how to integrate these elemental qualities of life force into self-mastery and realization to awaken the dance of Kundalini Shakti.

You’re invited to attend the whole series or drop-in.
All Livestream sessions will be recorded so that you can practice with ongoing for the year.
All classes will be a mix of storytelling, breathwork, movement, and short simple meditations and practices to balance the tattvas that you can apply daily.
10 % will be given in sacred reciprocity to Sea Shepherd: an international, non-profit marine conservation organization that engages in direct action campaigns to defend wildlife and conserve and protect the world’s oceans from illegal exploitation and environmental destruction.
