orient yourself to the phases of the moon through creative yoga practices that enhance your connection to nature’s rhythms. the moon has long been a guide to how we can sustain life through transformative cycles. each of the four cardinal phases: New, First Quarter, Full, and Last Quarter carries a particular biodynamic imprint that invites us to align our actions to the cadence of lunar flow instead of societal pressures. this workshop series is a return to the ancient council of moon Goddesses who taught when to sow, grow, harvest, and rest. 

we can’t always be pushing 100%. to avoid burnout through the busy fall season, Kimiko has curated 4 simple energetic practices and flower essences to help navigate the moon tides with insight, intuition, connection, and progress with earth-based wisdom. 

beginning at the harvesting stage of the libra full moon, we’ll witness what in our lives needs to be cut and kept, while what remains returns to the earth. sometimes fruition is as much a willingness to let go as it is to celebrate our fullness. we close with the waxing crescent moon in its most potent phase of action and growth. we’ll also learn how to navigate the liminal space of the first & last quarter phases, known as “crisis in action” and “crisis in consciousness.” even with our best intentions we can’t avoid conflict and challenges. these rituals will help you set clear boundaries and align your focus on the energy at hand, rather than forcing the outcome. learn the bioenergetics of how the moon effects the earth and our watery bodies.
