The Rosa Magdalena Mystery School Membership is non-refundable once the ritual kit is shipped. Given the nature of digital content, we do not issue refunds.

No prior study is required. This pilgrimage is experiential and embodied. Teachings are offered throughout the journey.

The pilgrimage is spiritual and initiatory, not doctrinal. It honours Christian mysticism, earth-based spiritual traditions, and sacred esoteric sciences. Open to all faiths.

The retreat involves walking, uneven terrain, caves, and mountain environments. A moderate level of physical mobility is required. You should be comfortable walking for several hours at a time with breaks.

Yes. Travel insurance is required and must be purchased independently.

Group transport is provided only at designated times.

If you miss the scheduled rendezvous times, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to or from the hotel.

It is also highly recommended to fly a few days before and after the retreat dates. Travel tips will be provided upon registration.

A non-refundable deposit of $688 USD is required to secure your place for the Rose Retreat: June 20-27, 2026.

Payment plans consist of four additional monthly payments of $688. We will work with your schedule. Payment plans must be completed by June 1, 2026.

Due to the intimate nature of this 8 person pilgrimage and advance bookings, all payments are non-refundable.

Refund requests or booking transfers will be handled case by case and can not be guarenteed.

Failure to complete payment does not release financial obligation.

This is a family style retreat and while the lodging will be beautiful and spacious we will be sharing rooms, beds, and facilities.

However, please reach out if you have personal request as the first two nights you can upgrade for an extra cost for your own private room.

What type of food will be served on the pilgrimage?

Meals are omnivore cuisine, prepared with local, seasonal ingredients. This includes meat, dairy, grains, and regional specialties consistent with French culinary tradition.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Due to the nature of the locations, chefs, and group meals, we are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

You may make a request to the kitchen when possible; however, vegan, gluten-free, and other specialized options are not always available and cannot be guaranteed.

What if I have food allergies?

If you have serious or life-threatening food allergies, this pilgrimage may not be suitable for you. While kitchens will be informed of general requests when possible, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

Participants with allergies attend at their own discretion and responsibility.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and supplemental food items. Refrigerators will be available at lodging locations to store personal food items.

Will there be opportunities to eat outside group meals?

Yes. On many days we will stop at cafés, markets, and shops where you may independently choose foods that suit your needs.

Will refunds be given if food needs cannot be met?

No. Inability to meet dietary preferences or restrictions does not qualify for a refund.

By completing my registration, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I voluntarily participate in the Mary Magdalene Pilgrimage (June 20–27, 2026) and understand it involves travel, walking, uneven terrain, outdoor environments, shared accommodations, and inherent risks.

• I confirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating and assume full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being.

• I release and hold harmless Rosa Magdalena Mystery School, its facilitators, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage arising from my participation.

• I understand that all payments, including deposits and payment plans, are non-refundable. Retreat fees can be transferred to another participant in the event of an emergency cancellation. 

• I acknowledge that accommodations are shared and itineraries may change without refund. If the organizers cancel the retreat, you will receive a refund for the pilgrimage portion, minus the $444 school cost.  

• I am responsible for my own flights, travel insurance, and meeting designated airport rendezvous times.

• I understand that meals are omnivore French cuisine and that dietary restrictions and allergies cannot be guaranteed or accommodated.

• I agree to participate respectfully within a ceremonial group container and follow the code of conduct.
