back in action on the Lachine Canal for the best class ever! join us for an outdoor cardio kickboxing & yoga fusion with high-vibes and super-dope music to sweat, cheer, and shake it all out!  bring your mat and water bottle, barefoot or with shoes, rain or shine, we are sure you’ll enjoy this non-stop friends + family fun!

location on the canal, north side - next to bike path. called Place des Bassins 201-251 Ave Richmond, Montreal, Quebec H3J 1S1 - at the Des Seigneur bridge in Griffintown - on the canal between the two old Studio Breathe locations when it first started in 2006 in Pointe Charles then finally in Griffintown. Kids are welcome to join us too:)
